Four and Three

Four.. and Three

Four.. and Three

T'is a sad.. sad story..,

   yet glorious with no end

About a man.. who never broke..,

   ay.. rarely did he bend

Entered on a Sunday..,

   only hearing cheer's

In four day's time.. the crowd did turn..,

and now came forth the jeer's

Suffered much.. ay.. bore the sin's..,

   of each.. and every man

For all his life t'was leading there..,

   to follow GOD'S great plan

In the tomb.. his spirit gone..,

   still with much to do

Conquered death.. and so much more..,

   but no.. he wasn't through

On the following Sunday..,

   came the cheer's again

This wondrous soul named Jesus..,

   showed us how to win

T'is a sad.. sad story..,

   yet glorious with no end

About a man who never broke..,

   ay.. rarely did he bend
