Kelly is the son of Mary O'Higgins and Vincent Kelly of Dublin, Ireland. He joined the Systems Team at Alphyra in August 1999. Paul assumed his
current role as IT Systems Manager in March 2001.
Paul has a broad background in the areas of Genome Science, the Agricultural and Marine Research sectors. He has a primary and doctorate degree from the National University of Ireland for his studies at the Faculty of Science, University College Dublin.
Paul is a nephew of The O'Higgins, Lord of Ballynary. He lives in Greystones in Co. Wicklow with his wife Fiona Lang and their daughter Emma-Louise.
